By creating an account or using Bear Arcade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

3. Service Tiers

Bear Arcade offers a free tier that provides access to our full game library, stat tracking, leaderboards, and community features at no cost. Optional paid plans (Pro and Elite) are available for users who want extended daily playtime and an ad-free experience. All plans include the same game library — no games are locked behind a paywall.

4. Fair Use

Attempts to manipulate leaderboards, abuse platform features, or disrupt the experience for other users may result in account suspension.

5. Content and Games

Games hosted on our platform are provided by third-party developers. We curate for quality but are not responsible for individual game content. Users may report inappropriate games.

6. Waitlist System

New users may be placed in a queue. Queue position can be improved through referrals. We reserve the right to admit users at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bear Arcade is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

9. Advertising

Bear Arcade is a free, ad-supported platform. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We display advertisements from Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks to support the platform.
• We may display sponsored affiliate content alongside games and other platform content. Affiliate ads are clearly labeled as "Sponsored."
• Ad personalization is governed by your cookie consent preferences. You can manage these at any time using the cookie banner or by visiting our Cookie Policy page.
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an ad that appears inappropriate, please report it to us.
• You must not click ads repeatedly, use automated tools to generate ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise engage in activity that artificially inflates ad metrics.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
